After sitting across from each other at the closing table, Kathy and Alex realized they had a lot in common. The two joined forces in 2020 when they realized they approach the business with the same mindset: complete dedication to their clients.
Kathy and Alex are committed to providing exemplary service to all of their clients, and truly enjoy exceeding their clients expectations. Moving is an undeniably exhausting experience, and this team goes above and beyond to try and make the process as smooth as possible.
Throughout it all, Alex and Kathy are extremely dedicated to their community. They are avid volunteers at the local elementary school, where they’ve played a role in bringing both a library and a new playground to an under-served school.

Here’s a little more info about Kathy:
Kathy was born and raised in the beautiful state of Kentucky. She attended Georgetown College, and launched into a career in pharmaceutical research after graduating.
Kathy bounced around the country, but finally settled in Philadelphia in 2011, when she and her husband relocated for his position with Lincoln Investment Planning.
Once in Philadelphia, Kathy decided to embark on a new adventure. During her first few years here, Kathy gained extensive experience in organization, design, staging, and transition management.
As it turns out, she was destined to be a REALTOR! The steps along the way gave her a unique set of tools that she uses to work on every deal. Kathy loves using what she’s learned in her career to help her clients with every aspect of their move.
Before nesting in Philly, Kathy moved around often. She’s been through it all, and understands firsthand that moving to a new home is physically, mentally, and emotionally draining. Kathy will stop at nothing to ease the stress of moving for her clients.
Kathy has a lifelong love of learning in general! She previously wrote trivia questions for national companies, worked with board game manufacturers, and even stood alongside Alex Trebek as a contestant on Jeopardy!
Kathy is a passionate volunteer for First Serve, and has aided in setting up chapters around the country. She is also active in her sorority alumnae association and her alma mater’s alumni association.
Kathy currently lives in Mt. Airy with her husband, Brian and elderly pup, Lou. She is an avid tennis player, and loves spending time in the Wissahickon with her family!
